What People Are Saying

“I have been working with Sheeza ever since college! Working with her for about four years has been one of the best things that has happened to me because it’s helped me grow and learn more about myself that I didn’t know. Working with her has been different than any therapist in the past because of her understanding of my cultural background. She understands the dynamics that plague my generation in this country. She gives me tangible techniques to help me with my day-to-day whereabouts and has been a fundamental reason for who I am today! Thank you for all your support, Sheeza!”

— Female, Asian, 22, Medical Student

“I felt that [Dr. Sheeza] was very engaged and focused during the sessions, which were coupled with warm feelings, helpful ideas, and anecdotal references, which helped me feel at ease and comfortable throughout . Once I felt calm and was able to trust her, I could easily convey my thoughts, experiences, and feelings in a more relaxed and cohesive manner. She had helped my child and me cope during a very troubled time in our lives, and I feel she had our best interests at heart. I would recommend that anyone who is experiencing grief, depression/ anxiety, or despair would benefit immensely from meeting with Dr. Sheeza. ”
